EF MEDISPA employs over 50 skilled professionals, all personally selected by Esther, in three clinics in Kensington, Chelsea and St John's Wood. Esther is supported by a highly qualified management team, who share her passion for the aesthetics industry, her dedication to hard work, excellent staff training and a commitment to outstanding client service.
At the age of 16, Esther was an apprentice hairdresser, learning her trade literally from the shop floor, sweeping up hair. Back in the 1970s, all apprentices' training was after hours, daytime was for menial duties and plenty of hard work. Esther learnt her trade by studying and watching, and quickly qualified as a Guild Master Craftsman and Beauty Therapist. She qualified as a Certified Intuitive Healer and Reiki Master.
