About the Business
If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you but please note that all treatments will be charged at full price. If you have not had a patch test for your eyelash or eyebrow tint you will be required to sign a consent form. Please provide 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge for the total treatment cost will be made. Our designer treatments are luxurious and quick! Best of all we can help you recreate each look with a maintenance products to use at home.
