MaCK Hair and Beauty was founded in 2007 by sister stylists Michelle and Claire Kelly whose initials created the name MaCK. With many years of salon experience together, they wanted to create a working environment which reflected their close family nature, their creative flair and their committed and outgoing personalities. This has therefore been the driving force behind the design of the salon itself and the recruitment of their team. The implementation of regular training programmes has ensured continual development of this talented team. Mack Hair & Beauty recently scooped two awards at the Rugby Advertiser Business Of The Year Awards, claiming ‘Best Small Business' and ‘Best Employee' which was won by stylist Demi Hanlon.
