Here at Pin Up Beauty, we pride ourselves on our warm and friendly environment along with a consistently high standard of treatment. With 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lorna has been lucky enough to work with some fantastic therapists along the way, learning from the best!
After leaving school at 16, Thomas Danby College was Lorna's first port of call and the beginning of her journey down the beauty path. Working in various salons until she went self employed in 2004 after being headhunted by another salon.

Lorna is a fantastic beauty therapist and I cannot recommend her enough. Waxing can often be a painful or excruciatingly embarrassing experience at some salons but Lorna always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed - she is a waxing queen and I'd never go anywhere else!
Pin up beauty is a fab salon where you receive a friendly welcome and great service at every visit. I've been visiting Lorna for my waxes for the past 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else as she makes you feel comfortable and the result with Lycon wax is much less painful and impressive than ordinary wax. I've had other treatments too such as nails and spray tan- all with great results. I would thoroughly recommend pin up beauty and it's so handy as I work in town.
Lorna made me feel instantly at ease and takes real pride in her work. I have been going to her for over two years for my wax treatments and I have always been really pleased with the results. She is wonderful at getting to know you personally and what your beauty needs are. I have and will continue to recommend her to all of my friends.
