My very first introduction into holistic therapy was in 1997 when I was introduced to Reiki and Reflexology by a friend. Having experienced first hand the benefits of Reiki, I decided to qualify to offer others the same experience. I also discovered that crystals could be incorporated in a Reiki session to intensify the treatment, this then lead me to complete a qualification in Crystal healing. After becoming a practitioner in Reiki and working on different people for quite some time, I knew that the word of Reiki needed to be spread as not enough is known about this wonderful treatment.

This led me to complete my Reiki Master Teachers Degree and now I am able to pass this wonderful knowledge onto others. Since becoming a Reiki teacher I have taught many students and even some of those have gone on to become teachers themselves. I feel so privileged to be able to teach others Reiki and help them along their journey. During my Reiki journey I was also studying to become a reflexologist.
