Recently there has been an increase in the number of appointments that have been missed or cancelled just prior to the appointment. We are a very busy salon and have a client treatment waiting listbut unfortunately due to the short notice or lack of notice given, this has meant that we have been unable to fill these slots. Consequently we feel that we have no choice but to introduce a new cancellation policy. Missed appointments will incur a 100% charge, which is payable on the next visit.
